These placements encourage energy flow by addressing energetic blocks that may be experienced as dis-ease and discomfort in the body/mind/ and spirit. As such, Reiki provides a balancing of Ki to promote overall health and vitality. It is a beautiful opportunity to practice noticing and feel into deeply restorative and revitalizing states of being. It is in this way that we attune ourselves to our inner wisdom, and our unique rhythm thereby entering into deeper connection with ourselves.
